here is the latest version of DarkComet Remote Administration Tool
this is version is weight more stable than the previous , i called it 2.1 because its looks like 2.0 Ultimate with a large amount of bugs fixed (more than 30 minor bugs fixed and 3 Major bugs fixed)

So whats new ?

I don’t make a list for this version because there is not so much new innovation ! i hope i can remember all i did:

- UDP Flood added
- Syn(TCP) Flood added
(same speed and power as HTTP flood)
- Now in file manager you can directly rename files on listview like the microsoft explorer its more user friendly and pro
- same for rename window on the list
- you can type global notes in the main forms
- you can take specific notes for each servers then for each session it will remember them
- Now file manager shortcut desktop and my documents (personnal)
- Many bug fixed
- Socket handling is weight more fast !
- File transfer or double buffered for a clean view
- Some startup removed that wasn’t working well for people that don’t know how to use them or simply unstable
- New kind of IA added in the RAT if the UAC catch the dropped server server will detect the anomaly and move it in a sure place on %TEMP% and create a undelete folder in this path that mean CCleaner will not delete this path on clean for example.

So this is a little tool to crack FTP passwords , it is coded for education propose and to test only in your own FTP server !
normally a secured server won’t let you brutforce then if this tool works that mean your server need to be secured (Using fail2ban for example to prevent this kind of attack!)
This program is coded in Delphi and use pure API in Multithread , it is Packed with UPX because i’m using a theme (Win2k like) !

Im Proud to said that now DarkComet RAT is compatible with VMWare in network NAT mode.
as you can see before the only way for DarkComet to work under a virtual machine (VMWare) was to switch network adapter in bridge mode
why ?
because as i saw in NAT it was creating a range of NULL characters in all data flux then it was always corrupting the transfer data.
90% of data traffic using flux in my RAT then under VMWare in NAT only 10% of the functions was working.

Now the problem is solved !

i solved the two biggest problem in the RAT : The Chinese issue and the VMWare issue now connection are totally stable.

Yesterday i finally get work the DarkComet RAT under Chinese OS without any need to recompile with a diferent Delphi (thing very unstable)
effectively i discover that the problem was one of the symbol i was using to parse socket text data.
a big big big thanks for cn_hacker ( 马达 ) for sharing me his Chinese system and letting me make some deep test
